Franklin Levy is a Southern California senior executive who guides various mining enterprises spanning the globe. As managing director and co-founder of GS Mining Company, LLC, he oversees a historic gold mining and milling operation in Colorado’s Central City/Black Hawk region. Franklin Levy also serves in similar leadership capacities with the Ma'anshan Mining Company, which purses iron ore mining interests in the People’s Republic of China.
As managing director of York Street Partners, Mr. Levy seeks out strategic business opportunities across Asia. He is a consultant with the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park and a partner with a group that has worked to develop an integrated Kazakhstan gaming resort. Additionally guiding HopaPay/eFinityPay, he oversees a merchant processing enterprise that has launched real-time bank to bank transfer technologies employed by high-risk merchants.
From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Levy served as counsel with the Las Vegas Sands and served as personal counsel to corporate chairman Sheldon Adelson. He undertook a special assignment with the Sands focused on government lobbying in China. Active with the Member Mystery Writers of America, Franklin Levy has written books such as “Die, Decorator, Die: A Novel of Murder, Greed and Interior Design.”
